Pilates classes for Beginners and Improvers
Pilates is a great way to improve your posture, tone your body and find muscles you never thought you had. It is beneficial for all age groups and fitness levels and for both men and women. Regular practice targets the deeper core muscles. It strengthens them, which in turn helps to support the skeleton and can improve any issues in the body such as back pain.
