These online courses offer you the flexibility to learn in your own time and return to the resources time and time again. Live discussions and support are at set class times but feedback can be given at later dates for course work produced outside of the session time. Suitable for all levels and ages.

diddi dance are now online so you can join in at home direct from your living room. All online sessions will be run by diddi dance regular teachers designed to to keep your little ones active at home!
All customers will have access to 24/7 to The diddi dance Facebook group with a huge amount of content along with a daily ‘Live’ classes and lots of other shorter activity videos. So it is great value for money at just £3.50 per week! And a great way to help to keep a fun routine providing lots of exercise and entertainment for your diddie dancer, continuing their development whilst at home.

Fit Momma’s LTD
Mom, personal trainer, exercise to music coach, and pre and post natal exercise coach, Amy Whitter decided to set up Fit Mommas Ltd after realising how hard it Is to keep fit with a little one in tow. Fit Mommas has been running successfully for nearly 2 years now, and it is amazing to help other moms not only physically but mentally too!
Online mommy and baby fitness taster sessions are Free and available for:
Cardio on Tuesdays from 11-11.30am.
Legs and Bums on Wednesdays from 11-11.30am .
Abbs and Arms on Thursdays from 11-11.30am.
Fit Mommas also run through the exercises in a quick meeting before hand with anybody that has never been to one of my classes in person.

Just £20 for 4 videos and written breakdowns sent to you every Tuesday. Videos include a warm up, workout and cool down. (Classes at Newhampton Arts Centre are usually 7 – 8 p.m. and cost £7 per session or 4 for £24).

Zest for Pilates
Offering a range of Pilates classes at levels to suit everyone. Pilates is a great way to improve flexibility, tone your body and strengthen muscles you never thought you had through controlled dynamic movement. It can relieve tension and create a sense of calm through a focus on breathing through the movement.
Pilates can have enormous benefits for those who sufferer with back pain and joint pain as the practice of moving the skeleton well in controlled alignment helps to strengthen the muscles evenly. It’s a great stress releaser as the focus is on mindful movement. It’s also lots of fun!
This is the 7th year Zoe has been holding Pilates classes in Wolverhampton, Tettenhall and Pattingham. Currently classes are run remotely using Zoom and are for an hour each. Each session should be booked in with a BAC’s payment the day before at a cost of £7.50 and then a link to the class you’ve booked will be sent to you for your practice session. Please contact Zoe for payment details.
