What we can offer
If you are looking for somewhere to hold a meeting, training, conference, workshop or public event, we provide good facilities at reasonable prices with a friendly personal service.
- Conference and meeting rooms to accommodate most presentation needs for up to 35 people (depending on layout).
- For bigger events, our theatre can accommodate up to 120 people seated/200 standing, with full technical support.
- If all you need is chairs or an empty space, we can accommodate up to 40 people at an economic rate.
Prices start at £12.50 per hour/£56 per day with discounts for Not-for-profit Community, Youth and Arts Organisations.
Refreshments
The on-site café, Jesters, can provide refreshments and catering. There are also snack and drink machines on site.
Disabled Access and Support
The Newhampton Arts Centre has a strong ethos of inclusion. Ground floor access is level and there are lifts to the first floor rooms. There is an induction hearing loop in the Reception/Box Office, Theatre and our main conference room (Room 5). Disabled parking can be reserved.
Child Friendly
For parents, there is a baby changing room and high chairs are provided in the café.
Where are we?
The Newhampton Arts Centre is situated just outside the Wolverhampton ring road, near Molineux Stadium and West Park. It is a short walk from the city centre and easily accessible by public transport, as a number of buses stop outside the complex. During the day there is free on-street parking. The nearest staffed car-park is at the Molineux Stadium, a few minutes walk. Evenings and weekends there is free parking on-site for up to 40 cars.
