and Theatre Hire
We hire our rooms for different types of activities:
Theatre, Rehearsal Studios, Meeting and Conference Rooms,
Dance Studio, Recording and Rehearsal Studios.
All rooms are available 7 days a week, from 8am-10pm
(11pm for the Theatre)
Theatre
The theatre seats up to 120 people and is ideal for performances,
events and conferences. The space can be set out to suit your event:
(a) traditional theatre lay-out with tiered or flat seating (up
to 120 seats),
(b) cabaret style with chairs around small tables and a stage (up
to 80 seats)
(c) other arrangements to suit your needs.
Professional lighting and sound are available, as well as conference
equipment, and hire cost includes full technical support. The theatre
has a sprung floor suitable for dance. For more information on technical

Catering is available through Estrobell’s
the on-site café.
Hire costs range from £160-£300 per day. There are
discounts for bookings of more than one consecutive day.
Rehearsal Studios
Our four rehearsal studios are designed for rehearsals, practical
workshops and classes. They are currently used for drama, dance,
yoga and acoustic music. They can also be used for break-out sessions
for events in the Theatre or Meeting Rooms.
Studios 1 & 2 are 12m x 9 m (approx). They are on the ground
floor and can hold up to 40 people. 40 chairs and 2 tables are provided.
Studios 3 & 4 are 9m x 9m (approx). They are on the first floor
with lift access and can hold up to 30 people. 30 chairs and 2 tables
are provided.
Hire costs are in the range of £10-12 per hour; £40-45
for a day (up to 8 hours between 8.30am and 5pm)
Technical and conference facilities are not provided in these rooms
and there would be an extra charge for any equipment required. All
studios are air coniditioned.
Meeting and Conference Rooms.
Studio 5 is ideal for meetings and conferences. Black-out is available
for OHP or power-point presentations. It can seat up to 30 people
lecture style (chairs facing the front) or up to 20 round medium
tables (board room or horse-shoe style). It is air-coniditioned.
Hire costs range from £12.50 per hour; £75 per day and
include conference equipment.
The Meeting Room is a large bright room suitable for meetings and
conferences that do not require a black-out. It can seat up to 40
in lecture style or up to 20 round large tables (board room or horse
shoe style). Conference equipment
is included in the cost. Hire costs range from £10 per hour;
£60 per day.
Studio 5 and the Meeting Room are upstairs with lift access.
Catering is available through Estrobell’s
the on-site café.
Technical and Conference Facilities
The following equipment is available for bookings in the Theatre,
Meeting and Conference Rooms at no extra cost:
- Overhead Projector (x 2)
- Screen (x 3)
- Video player and TV monitor.
- Flip Chart Easel (x 3)
- Slide Projector
- White Boards (except theatre)
- Urn
The following are also available:
- Flip Chart Pad and pens (£5)
- White Board Pens (£5)
- LCD Projector (£20)
- LCD Projector with lap top (£30)
Theatre Hire includes Stage Lighting, Static Microphones (x?) and
PA.
Radio microphones (x 2) can be supplied at a cost of £20.
Your event in the theatre can be videoed at a cost of £20.

The Dance Studio
The dance studio is available for hire when not in use
by our in-house groups. It includes a sprung floor, full-length
mirrors and barre. You will need to bring your own music equipment.
Hire costs range from £12 per hour.
Recording Studios
The site includes two sound-proofed rehearsal and recording studios.
