Central Youth Theatre


Central Youth Theatre runs inspiring drama activities for children and young people aged 8 to 25. We believe that every young person should be encouraged to give theatrical activities a go and we pride ourselves on being a fully integrated youth theatre for people of all abilities. We run regular sessions at Newhampton Arts Centre on Sundays and Wednesdays during term time, as well as specialist sessions, trips to international theatre festivals, filmmaking opportunities, work experience placements and specialist arts career advice.
