Fit Momma’s: Breaking the babysitter barrier between momma and exercise
Wednesdays 9:30am – 10:30am
The aim is to have fun, whilst you bond with your baby, other moms, and keep fit! Its a place where everybody understands the difficulties being a mom can face.
Post natal depression effects more than 1 in every 10 women within 1 year of giving birth, aerobic exercise can contribute massively to the recovery and prevent it from returning in the future.
