Seating

For seated shows accessible seating options are available.

For standing shows accessible seating is available on a ramped viewing platform to the rear of the venue or on the flat at the front of stage to the right.

Please speak to our Box Office in advance of the show when booking your tickets to reserve a space on the viewing platform as spaces are limited.

Toilets

On the ground floor, accessible toilets are located on the corridor to the right-hand side of the theatre.

These are not operated by radar key. Please speak to a member of staff who will be able to arrange for the toilets to be opened for you.

Hearing Loops / Sound Levels

A hearing loop is installed at Newhampton Arts Centre.

Please contact the Box Office when booking your tickets, as they will be able to seat you nearest to the loop.

We take this opportunity to advise customers that they may be subjected to high levels of noise from both the production and fellow audience members during the performance and advise ear defenders are worn at appropriate events.

Visually Impaired Services

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted into the venue; however, we recommend that they are not brought to concerts where high sound levels may upset them unless they have ear protection.

Please speak to our Box Office on 01902 572090 or office@newhamptonarts.co.uk when booking your tickets to ensure you get the best tickets for your requirements.

Lighting

Due to the nature of the events we hold light levels can alter dramatically and strobe lighting and smoke are often used.

Should you have any show specific questions regarding the effects used please contact our Box Office on 01902 572090 or office@newhamptonarts.co.uk for assistance.

Food and Drink

Drinks and bar snacks are available for sale at all evening events in the theatre. There is a café operating in the daytime only, between 9am-2pm Mon-Sat, before some shows and by arrangement.  Vending machines are provided in the Studio Block at other times.

As we are a licensed premises, we do not allow drinks to be bought in from offsite. If you have any special requirements, please contact the venue ahead of the event. Free drinking water is available at all events.
