Free Dementia Dance Workshops are taking place at Newhampton Arts Centre this month for people living with dementia and their companions!
Join Laura Hague and her team for movement, music and a social tea dance. Classes focus on stimulation of the brain as well as support and well being of the participants. The class will include movement, music and props as well as finishing with a social tea dance with refreshments.
