Mix ability class for all.

Our physiotherapy led Pilates classes runs on Monday morning from 9:30 to 10:15.

Come and join our small and welcoming class to improve your posture, balance, coordination, spinal mobility, and core, all under the watchful eye of an experienced physiotherapist.

 

8 weeks block starting from the 3rd of June cost £80.
